Shaun Sorrells
After graduating from Tuskegee University in 2001, I worked as a software developer for a small security control company where I designed a state-of-the-art touchscreen control system to control prisons. While traveling around the US installing this revolutionary product, the housing crisis of 2008 rocked the industry. I lost my job.
I had no clue how to market myself or pursue my tech career further. Discouragement was nipping at my heels and time was not on my side.
Out of necessity, I pivoted my tech skills into a career as a technical recruiter and quickly grew to lead teams of tech sales reps & recruiters. Over the span of a decade, I literally met with hundreds of hiring managers at top companies, and have interviewed thousands of candidates for tech jobs. This is where I learned the "secrets" of the game.

I took this knowledge to transform my career into certified Salesforce professional in 60 days. With these new skills and experience I more than quadrupled my income. Needless to say, my career and life have changed. ​
