1. General Terms & Conditions:

   1. Acceptance of Terms

      1. By enrolling in the LFTDtech Salesforce Administrator Course (hereinafter referred to as "the Course"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

      2. Course Content and Guarantee Disclaimer

         1. LFTDtech aims to provide comprehensive training in Salesforce Administration; however, it does not guarantee that completion of the Course will result in passing Salesforce certifications, obtaining a job, or any other specific outcome dependent on external factors beyond LFTDtech's control. 

         2. LFTDtech is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the reliance on the information provided in the Course, and it is the sole responsibility of the participant to utilize the knowledge gained effectively.

      3. Refund Policy

         1. Refunds will only be considered if requested within a specific timeframe. Participants are entitled to a full refund if the refund request is submitted prior to the start of the second scheduled class. 

         2. Refund requests must be made in writing and sent to support@lftd.tech. LFTDtech reserves the right to request additional information before processing the refund.

         3. No refunds will be issued once the second scheduled class commences. By attending the second class, or any class thereafter, participants acknowledge and accept that they have received sufficient value from the Course.

         4. Class fees purchased through our financing partner are not eligible for refund. 

      4. Intellectual Property

         1. All materials provided in the Course, including but not limited to course content, study materials, and documentation, are the intellectual property of LFTDtech and are protected by copyright laws. 

         2. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without prior written consent from LFTDtech.

      5. Participant Responsibilities

         1. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled classes and actively engage in the learning process. 

         2. Participants shall not engage in any form of disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of the rights of other participants or instructors. 

         3. Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their own resumes, professional profiles, and job applications. 

         4. LFTDtech does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any participant's personal information.

      6. Limitation of Liability

         1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LFTDtech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the Course, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. LFTDtech's total liability, regardless of the cause of action, shall be limited to the amount paid by the participant for the Course.

      7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

         1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, United State of America. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Georgia, USA.

      8. Release and Consent for Promotional Use:

         1. By enrolling in the Course, participants grant LFTDtech the irrevocable right and permission to use their likeness, voice, written words, testimonials, recorded classes, photographs, or any other material that includes their personal information (collectively referred to as "Participant Information") for promotional and marketing purposes. 

         2. Participant Information may be used in various formats, including but not limited to website content, social media posts, marketing materials, advertisements, and public presentations. 

         3. Participants acknowledge and agree that LFTDtech has the right to edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, and publicly display their Participant Information without any compensation or further consent. 

         4. Participants release LFTDtech from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of their Participant Information, including but not limited to any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
             

2. Data Policy and Compliance with Federal Regulations:

   1. LFTDtech is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of participants' personal data. We will not sell, rent, or disclose participants' personal information to any third parties without their explicit consent, except as required by law. 

      1. LFTDtech will collect, process, and store participants' personal data in accordance with applicable federal regulations. 

      2. Participants' personal data may be used for administrative, communication, and instructional purposes related to the Course, such as providing updates, delivering course materials, and facilitating communication between participants and instructors. 

      3. LFTDtech implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect participants' personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, participants acknowledge that no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure.

      5. By enrolling in the Course, participants consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data by LFTDtech for the purposes outlined in this Data Policy.
          

3. Membership Policy:

   1. Members of LFTDtech are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner when participating in any public forums, including but not limited to discussion boards, chat rooms, social media groups, and other community platforms associated with LFTDtech. 

   2. Members shall not engage in any activities that may be deemed harassing, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise harmful to fellow members, instructors, or LFTDtech staff. 

   3. Members shall not share or distribute any LFTDtech collateral, learning materials, or proprietary information with non-members under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to course content, study materials, documentation, or any other resources provided exclusively for members. 

   4. Members shall maintain the confidentiality of all information shared within the LFTDtech community, respecting the privacy and intellectual property rights of fellow members, instructors, and LFTDtech. 

   5. LFTDtech reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to suspending or terminating a member's access to the community, if they violate this Membership Policy.

   6. Consequences of Policy Violations and Refund Policy:

      1. If a member is found to be in violation of the Membership Policy outlined in the Membership Policy, LFTDtech reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to suspending or terminating the member's access to the community, without any entitlement to a refund.

      2. In the event of membership termination due to policy violations, the member will not be eligible for any refund, partial or full, for the membership fee paid. 

      3. LFTDtech's decision to suspend or terminate a member's access to the community due to policy violations shall be final and binding.
